Refund Policy
We at quickfix/triangle are committed to providing quality technology services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Booking Fees Are Non-Refundable
A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm all appointments. This fee:

Reserves your scheduled time with our technicians

Covers initial administrative and preparation costs

Is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or dissatisfaction with services
2. Refunds for Services Rendered
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed, except in the case of:

Demonstrable failure to deliver agreed-upon services

Significant service errors or omissions confirmed by our support team
In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion:

Offer a partial refund

Re-perform the service at no additional charge

Apply a service credit to your account
You must notify us of any service issues within 5 calendar days of the appointment date.
3. Refunds & Cancelled Services
a. Customer Cancellations for Remote Sessions

If you cancel outside 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be refunded the total amount.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $15 applies
b. Customer Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of schedules start, a $15 fee will be applied
c. Company Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

Offer a full refund of any pre-paid service fees (excluding the booking fee, unless we cancel permanently)

Work with you to reschedule at no additional cost
4. Hardware Returns and Refunds
We follow the original manufacturer’s return and warranty policies for any hardware or devices sold or installed by us. Generally:

Opened or installed devices are not eligible for refund unless defective

Defective items will be replaced or repaired in accordance with manufacturer terms

Return shipping or uninstall fees may apply
All hardware return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or installation.
5. Processing Refunds
Eligible refunds will be issued using the original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
