2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for service setup

  • Ensure a safe and accessible working environment during installations

  • Maintain any necessary accounts or subscriptions with third-party providers

  • Use the installed systems in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions

You are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials and system settings unless otherwise covered under a service agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise specified.

  • Late payments may be subject to fees.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.

  • Custom installations or hardware purchases may require a deposit.

4. Limited Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. This warranty:

  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the related services

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

7. Data and Privacy

You agree to allow us to collect and process technical data as needed to perform services or troubleshoot systems.

8. Termination

Termination does not release you from any payment obligations incurred before the termination date.

You may not reproduce, copy, or reverse-engineer any proprietary system or setup provided by us.

10. Dispute Resolution
